A police record search may be required when accepting certain volunteer opportunities. Before proceeding in to the applications, please review the following Volunteer Requirements and Responsibilities. Do not take on more duties than you can handle. Know your limitations Anyone under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs will not be permitted to volunteer Youth Volunteers (14 - 17 years) must have a signed permission slip You will be eligible for the Volunteer Recognition Rewards Program ONLY if you fulfil all of your committed shifts throughout the festival Arrive at Volunteer Headquarters 15 minutes prior to your shift start time Return to Volunteer Headquarters after every shift to return your name badge or other property of the festival Please try to be cooperative, patient and pleasant! You are working in a "family oriented" environment and as such we request that you use acceptable language and display good conduct at all times. Your individual presentation reflects on each of us, as well as our festival and town, as a whole Remember, you are part of a "TEAM" and each of us gets tired and stressed.
