Official Rules
1. Entrants can perform no more than two (2) songs ONLY.

2. Performance(s) must not be more than a maximum of four (4) minutes in duration.

3. CEF reserves the right to disallow any performance(s) or performer(s) that they may deem inappropriate due to content or conduct. (ie. profanity, discrimination etc.)

4. Performer(s) must ensure that their performance(s) can in no way harm, damage or injure the audience or the property. CEF will not accept any responsibility or liability in this regard whatsoever or howsoever caused.

5. CEF will not accept any responsibility or liability for lost, damaged or stolen equipment, or personal property of the performer(s). Storing of such articles is at the sole risk of the performer(s).

6. Performer(s) must arrive 20 minutes prior to show time.

7. Any performer(s) using cassette tapes must have tape cued and ready to use. CDs are also acceptable.

8. After your performance(s), you can not remain backstage. You are quietly to clear the stage area so that other performer(s) can be ready.

9. There is to be no running or loud noises of any kind whatsoever anywhere on the property or inside the building. Please remember to show courtesy to the other performer(s).

10. Absolutely no smoking on or inside the premises.

By submitting this form you acknowledge yoiur intent to enter the Youth Talent Showcase at the Collingwood Elvis Festival 2005. I (We) agree that the performance is at my (our) own risk and organizers and sponsors will not be responsible for personal injury, loss or damage to personal property, however caused. I further understand and agree that I will not receive any payment or remuneration for my (our) performance. I (We) have read, understand and agree to abide by all the rules and regulations of the showcase.

A $10.00 fee payable to the Collingwood Elvis Festival applies.
