| WAIVER & AGREEMENT |
By submitting this Registration Form, I hereby attest that I have read & understand the rules & regulations and agree to participate in the Festival and its components. I further agree that my image, likeness and voice may be captured in a variety of audio/video or print reproductions to be used, at any time, in media & promotional mediums & materials.
I further understand and agree that I may appear in a variety of performances and that I will receive no remuneration for those performances or for use of my image, likeness or voice unless otherwise agreed upon by the Festival, in advance. By submitting this document I agree to be bound by all terms & conditions as written.
