Booth size is 10' x 10' and includes 1 table, 2 chairs and interior lights. Prices are shown for larger booth space area, and apply to adjoining booths only.

Please Read The Following CAREFULLY!
This year’s event is being held July 26 to 29, 2007, however vending opportunities will only begin Friday morning, July 27at 9 a.m. and continue throughout the weekend.

Please note that your payment will be held pending decision of selected vendors. If you are not selected your payment will be returned to you. This year’s deadline for submission is April 20, 2007. No further consideration will be given to Vendor’s submitting their registration after this date. Decisions will be finalized by May 31/07 and you will be notified in writing if you were selected. Your payment will be processed immediately following the decision making process being finalized.

Consideration as a Merchandise Vendor is not on a first come first serve basis, but rather we are taking time to select our Vendors carefully in order to offer a wide variety of merchandise from which our visitors may choose. Priority for consideration will be given to Vendors offering Elvis memorabilia in conjunction with our Festival’s objective.

Only the items described in this form and approved by The Collingwood Elvis Festival are permitted to be displayed or sold. We reserve the right to halt and or refuse the sale of any items which are were not included on the product list submitted or are felt to disparage or, in any way, belittle the integrity of our Festival or the image, likeness of Elvis Presley.

All Elvis® products offered for sale must be licensed merchandise displaying the E.P.E. registered trademarks & copyrights or you will not be permitted to offer it for sale.

You will receive a Confirmation & Notice of Placement if you are selected as a Vendor. Please note that if you are selected as a Vendor and cancel prior to June 30th, 2007, there will be a 25% holdback charge deducted from your registration fee before refunding the balance to you, to cover administrative costs. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after June30, 2007. All cancellations must be received in writing.
