Directory Sections

Tribute Artists

A large dedicated section just for Tribute Artists. Advertisements will be listed by Country, State, Province etc. for easy locating. Potential venues can quickly search for a Tribute Artist to fill their needs.

Festivals & Competitions

A section listing the names, dates, times and contact numbers for all Festivals and Competitions. Great resource information for fans, potential attendees and a wonderful planning source for Tribute Artists looking to take part in the excitement and fun of performance or competition. All events, festivals, fairs etc. must include some “Elvis” content or performance.

Managers, Agents & Consultants

Are you a Manager/Agent looking for potential clients or a Tribute Artist looking for representation. Let the general public know about your business and your expertise in the Entertainment Industry. Listed alphabetically by name and location. All advertisers must be willing to represent or include representation for an “Elvis” Tribute Artist or Band.

Vendors

A section specifically for those selling merchandise. Help your sales by listing your business if you are a vendor wishing to attend at Festivals, Fairs and Events. All advertisers must sell some “Elvis” merchandise to qualify for listing.

Venues

This section is open to all types of Venues including Casinos, Dinner Theatres, Hotels, Resorts, Theme Parks etc. Introduce a new audience to your venue and the wonderful entertainment you offer. All venues must be willing to consider employing some “Elvis” Tribute Artist performer in the future to qualify for listing.

Fan Clubs & Collector Clubs

List your fan club or collector’s club in this dedicated section. Help drive your membership sales by letting the unrealized public know about you. Must be “Elvis” related in nature.

Specialty bands for Hire

A listing in this section will provide you with the opportunity to introduce your band to the awaiting audience or potential venues. It provides you with the medium to showcase the unique features your band offers and the types of music you provide. Bands must be able to perform some “Elvis” material within their repertoire to qualify for listing.

Suppliers and Production Houses

This section will include everything from Midway Operators to Sound/Lighting and Production Services. Each type of supplier will be listed in Headings and then included alphabetically. A great way to encourage more business your way.

Talent Houses & Legends Shows

This section is specifically for “Ready for the Stage” showcases. Legend shows or talent showcases must include an “Elvis” Tribute Artist among their headliners to qualify for listing. Educate the general public, potential audience and purchasing venues about what you have to offer. One stop shopping.

Text Ad Listing area is the same as 1/8 page ad and includes a picture or logo in Black & White only.
Where photos are required please be sure to provide a clear, professional, printer’s quality photo for best results.
For all colour ads, artwork needs to be received in camera ready format. Acceptable formats include the following:
• Macintosh • QuarkXpress (versions up to and including 6.0)
• Illustrator (versions up to and including CS)
• Photoshop (versions up to and including CS)
• High Resolution .pdf files are acceptable, providing all bleeds are extended and all fold and crop marks are indicated.
* Please note: We are unable to alter .pdf files should a problem arise.
• Type only files may be saved as Microsoft Word, Excel or RTF (Rich Text Format), they will be reformatted once received. ** No Corel Draw or Publisher files accepted.
FONTS must be included with file (both screen and printer fonts must be included). We will need to substitute fonts for any file created on a PC. Mac and PC fonts are not compatible.
IMAGES must be included and saved as tiff or eps (300 pdi/ppi or higher at 100%). Other formats such as jpegs, gifs are low resolution, they do not produce a quality printed piece.
All files must be supplied in proper colour format so that they may separate correctly during pre-press.
(ie. grayscale, duotone, spot colour, and four colour process - CMYK). Full colour images must be saved as CMYK files.
