Contest Rules:

Contest closes on Sunday, July 24th, 2011, at 9 p.m. EST

Entries must be received and or time stamped no later than 9 p.m. EST on Sunday, July 24th, 2011, to be eligible to win the Sweepstakes prize.

One Sweepstakes prize winner will be selected by random draw from the entries received.

Prize components are subject to availability from the prize sponsors, and may be subject to blackout dates.

Prize winner will be selected and notified by email and or telephone on July 29th, 2011, by 8 p.m. EST

The Sweepstakes prize and all its components are valid for a six (6) month period of time effective from the date the prize winner is selected and notified.

All sweepstakes prize components must be redeemed at the same time, together as a prize package opportunity.

Should the selected Sweepstakes prize winner be unable to take advantage of the prize and or any of its components within the time period offered, the sweepstakes winner agrees that the prize shall be forfeited in its entirety. No extension of time shall be granted to use the Sweepstakes prize by its sponsors.

The Sweepstakes prize including any one of the prize components and or all its components may not be exchanged or surrendered for any cash value.

Airline travel flights and reservations shall be sourced and secured directly through the Collingwood Elvis Festival, on behalf of the Sweepstakes prize winner, and shall be based on Economy class air travel, and subject to availability.

By completing this Sweepstakes ballot, the entrant agrees to provide the information necessary to complete the Ballot and further agrees and accepts that the personal information provided will become part of the Collingwood Elvis Festivals database and that the entrant may, from time to time, receive emails or notifications of promotions and offers from the Collingwood Elvis Festival.

The Collingwood Elvis Festival shall not make the entrants information public nor will it be shared or sold to any other business or organization, save and except, to the Prize Sponsors for the purposes of authentication of prize winner validity, and use of their name for media purposes.
